Application Process

For New Staff Applications:

Please fill out our  Online Written Application (Please note, that this will take approximately 30-40 minutes)

Assessment Process

Staff who pass the staff application screening process will be invited to one of our group assessments. The details are below:

Glasgow
Location: University of Glasgow Sport Stevenson Building, Oakfield Ave, Glasgow G12 8LT

Assessment Day 1: Saturday January 20, 2024 - 10am - 1pm

Assessment Day 2: Saturday February 17, 2024 - 10am - 1pm

Assessment Day 3 Saturday March 9, 2024 - 10am - 1pm

Assessment Day 4: Saturday April 6, 2024 - 10am - 1pm

Assessment Day 5: Saturday April 27, 2024 - 10am - 1pm

Manchester

Location: Sugden Sports Centre

Assessment Day 1: Saturday March 16, 2024

London

Location: The Bridge Academy, Laburnum St, London E2 8BA

Assessment Day: Saturday, April 20, 2024 

Please note that for the assessment, you will need to have some teambuilding / get-to-know-you games ready to facilitate with fellow applicants and a short 5-minute presentation (full details will be shared upon assessment invite).

Video Interview: If you successfully pass the staff assessment, you will be invited for a video Interview (approximately 1 hour)

Returning Staff Applications:

Step 1: Please fill out our Online Written Application 

Step 2: Zoom Interview (this will be approximately 40 mins - 1 hour)

International Applicants

Unfortunately, we are not set up to hire staff who do not currently have the legal right to work in the UK (i.e. you have a British passport or a UK work visa). We are unable to assist with visa applications.
